Recognise Your Skills
Use digital badges to promote your skills
The SCOPE online course modules offer you the possibility to get your achievement recognised in the form of an Open Badge. Badges are digital representations of learning experiences and achievements. In practice, a badge is an image containing embedded data about who earned it, how, where and when and who it was issued by. Badges are easy to share with others in social media and job sites.
You can apply for a badge after finishing each module recap section with correct answers. Just click to open the application form, tell us what was your biggest insight during the module and how you will use the knowledge in practice. Send the application and wait for a verification email. One final click and the badge is yours to present to the whole wide world just as you please!
"What are EQF and ECSO?"
"The badges are a tool for validation and contain information that makes the recognition of competencies possible. There are two key concepts that are the basis for validation: EQF and ESCO."
"EQF is the European Qualifications Framework which provides a common European translation tool that facilitates the comparison of several thousands of different qualifications issued all over Europe. The core of the EQF is its eight reference levels defined in terms of learning outcomes that express what individuals know, understand and can do at the end of a learning process. The learning outcomes may be achieved through a variety of paths in formal, non-formal or informal settings, whether in national or international contexts"
"ESCO is the European multilingual classification of Skills, Competences, Qualifications, and Occupations. It forms part of the Europe 2020 strategy. The ESCO classification is used for describing, identifying and classifying professional occupations, skills, and qualifications relevant for the EU labour market and education and training. It systematically demonstrates the relationships between the different concepts"
